Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All products sold are quoted for shipping inside the U.S. and U.S. territories.  Due to varying international laws for the items we sell, for sales outside the U.S. or it's territories, please contact sales@stormlakearms.com to request a quote for any products you are interested in.  All firearm and related accessory sales are U.S. only, no international orders will be accepted. 

We offer multiple shipping options for the products we sell.  Some items (like firearms) may have a flat rate for shipping, others may be calculated based on current shipping rates for weight & size.  These options will be shown in detail when you are ordering.

 

Returns

All firearms sales are not returnable or refundable. If a firearm is returned after being shipped to your local FFL for any reason other than an error on our part, a minimum 40% restocking fee will apply. 

For non-firearm sales, we want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 15 day return from the date of purchase.  To receive a refund, we expect any items returned to be in the same condition as it was sent.   We do charge varying restocking fees for all returns accepted:

  • 10% restocking fee on any item sold as new that is returned unopened and unused.
  • 25% restocking fee on any item sold as new that is returned opened or used.
  • Minimum 15% restocking fee on any items sold as "used" or "pre-owned".  The items returned will be matched against photographs taken prior to sale and any additional damage or wear on these items can incur increased restocking fees up to 75% of the original price.  Any increase in restocking fees due to damage or wear will be communicated to the original buyer prior to a refund being issued and the buyer will have an option to have the item returned back to them if the fees are not acceptable.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before the order has shipped.  No restocking fees will apply to orders not yet shipped.  If your item has shipped, it is subject to the Return policy listed above.

 

Inventory

All inventory is based on stock on hand.  We currently do not drop ship anything from 3rd party warehouses.  Feel free to contact sales at sales@stormlakearms.com for inquires about any out of stock or special order items not currently available in our inventory.
